2. Processing & Transit Times

We understand that you are excited to receive your new apparel. To ensure quality, every item undergoes a brief inspection before it leaves our facility.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) from Monday through Friday will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after this time or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
  • Handling Time: Our standard processing time is 1 - 2 business days. During high-demand seasons or sales events, this may slightly increase, but we always strive for efficiency.
  • Transit Time: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it typically takes 3 - 7 business days to arrive for domestic shipments.

4. Tracking Your Order

Transparency is key to a great shopping experience. Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number.

You can use this tracking number on the official website of the assigned carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to monitor your package's journey in real-time. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at support@modernboywear.shop.

5. Delivery Issues & Troubleshooting

A. Missing Items

If you receive your package and notice an item is missing from your order, please check your email first—sometimes we ship items separately if they are coming from different warehouses. If all items were supposed to arrive together, please reach out to our support team immediately. We will investigate and send the missing item at no additional cost.

B. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We can update the address as long as the order has not entered the shipping process.

If the package has already been dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may not be able to retrieve it. In cases where the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.

C. Damaged During Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the product before contacting us. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details on how we handle damaged goods.

6. Holidays & Weekends

Please note that our warehouse and our shipping partners do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or during major public holidays. Shipping estimates provided during checkout refer to business days only.
