5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. The counter-notice must be in writing and include your contact information, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.

6. Liability for Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees incurred by the alleged infringer or by Modernboywear.
