At Modernboywear, we strive to process and ship our T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, and Dresses as quickly as possible. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize there is an error in your order details right after clicking "Purchase." This policy explains how you can cancel or modify your order at modernboywear.shop.

1. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To ensure your request is handled before the order enters our automated fulfillment system, please follow these steps immediately:

• Send an email to: support@modernboywear.shop.
• Subject Line: Use "URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]" or "URGENT: Change Order #[Your Order Number]".
• Content: Clearly state if you wish to cancel the order entirely or specify the changes needed (e.g., change of size, color, or shipping address).

Our support team monitors emails during business hours and will prioritize these urgent requests. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation or modification is successfully processed.

2. Eligible Changes Within 12 Hours

Within the initial 12-hour window, you can request the following changes:

• Shipping Address: Correct typos or change the delivery location.
• Product Details: Switch to a different size or color for your T-shirt, Hoodie, or Dress.
• Contact Information: Update your email address or phone number for delivery notifications.
• Full Cancellation: Completely void the order for a full refund.

3. Order Cancellation Fees

At Modernboywear, we believe in a fair shopping experience. There are absolutely no fees for canceling an order within the 12-hour timeframe. You will receive 100% of your money back, including any shipping fees paid, credited to your original payment method.

4. If the 12-Hour Window Has Passed

Once the 12-hour window has expired, your order is typically sent to our production and logistics department. At this stage:

• Production Phase: Fabrics are cut and designs are printed for your specific Sweatshirts or Hoodies. We cannot stop the order once it has entered this phase.
• Shipping Phase: If the order has already been picked up by carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, no changes can be made.

If you still wish to return the item after the 12-hour window, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that shipping the item back will then be subject to our standard return procedures.

5. Orders Already In Transit

If your cancellation request reaches us after the item has been shipped, we cannot "recall" the package from the carrier. In this scenario:

1. Please accept the delivery of the package.
2. Contact us at support@modernboywear.shop to initiate a return.
3. Follow the instructions provided in our Returns Policy regarding shipping the item back to our Newhall, CA facility.

6. Refund Timeline for Cancellations

When an order is successfully canceled within the 12-hour window, we trigger the refund immediately. It typically takes 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

7. Address Correction Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. While we do our best to catch address errors during the 12-hour change window, Modernboywear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer if the correction request was made after the 12-hour limit.
